We are currently investigating the cause of the issue that is preventing notifications that failed on the first attempt from being retried. We will provide more details here as soon as we have them.
Our current efforts to fix the issue may temporarily affect the notification service (approximately 1 minute). This could result in a brief delay in sending buyer emails and webhooks.
Our engineers have identified what was wrong and implemented a fix. Notifications are being sent without issue.
