Elavon will deploy a system update to the MedEpay production environment between 1:30 AM - 3:00 AM EST. Customers will continue to be able to utilize the MedEpay platform for transaction processing but may experience brief periods of disruption. In the event devices fail to connect following this update, the recommended remediation is for users to restart their workstation. We apologize for the inconvenience.
