Important Notice: Scheduled Maintenance June 15, 2026

Our data center partners will be performing maintenance on core networking equipment that provides network connectivity to our servers.

Due to the redundant design of our network connectivity, we do not anticipate any service interruption. However, the Data Center Interconnect (DCI), which synchronizes data between our data centers, will experience two brief pauses while updated configurations are applied and each side of the connection is rebooted.

During these brief periods, data redundancy will remain in place within each data center through redundant servers, but synchronization between data centers will be temporarily paused. Device traffic and portal availability are expected to remain online and unaffected.

While no customer impact is anticipated, all maintenance carries some level of risk. In the event of downtime, your data will be securely stored on the gateway until normal service is restored.
