We will be performing scheduled maintenance on August 26, 2026. This is a two-part maintenance, part 1 will commence on August 26th, 2026, at 10:00 PM US Eastern Time and conclude the following morning, at 5:00 AM US Eastern Time. During Part 1, our datacenter partners are performing maintenance on the network infrastructure that connects our servers. Because of the redundant configuration we do not expect any downtime as they move traffic between switches as they perform their upgrades. But we may have periods of lower redundancy than typical. Your data will be securely stored on the gateway until normal services are restored.
