Royal Mail partial disruption

Some shipping providers are experiencing failures related to Royal Mail shipping labels.

We are investigating currently and are escalating these issues to the effected providers.

We're continuing to investigate failures affecting shipping labels for merchants using Royal Mail negotiated rate account. We've identified a likely cause and are working with Sendcloud, who is implementing a fix. We'll share another update once we have a confirmed resolution timeline.

In the meantime, affected merchants may consider enabling Evri, DPD UK, or InPost as backup carriers.

Issue is resolved from Sendcloud. We are remediating labels now and keeping an eye out for any issues.
