The Panopto Cloud is experiencing an increased error rate in loading a course folder in D2L courses using LTI 1.3.

We’re sorry for this interruption. Our cloud operations team is urgently investigating the issue and we’ll update here as soon as we know more.

What does this mean?
Users who try to use an LTI 1.3 link in D2L to view a course folder will see an error processing the LTI request, instead of the Panopto folder.
