Panopto is continuing to experience a performance degradation in processing.
Our engineering team is applying manual mitigations to decrease processing time and is actively investigating this issue with urgent priority. Please bear with us while we continue to investigate the cause.

The source of the earlier performance degradation has been mitigated. Processing times have returned to normal. Our cloud operations team is monitoring performance metrics to ensure the issue is resolved.
