We're currently investigating loading issues with Vimeo videos embedded via iFramely. It appears that only some Vimeo videos embedded via iFramely are affected.
MONITORING

We implemented a workaround and are currently monitoring the result. The root cause is still unknown but lies with a 3rd party service.The workaround enables learners to view Vimeo embedded videos, but those videos affected will still not load when editing.
