Base Network - Deposit and Withdrawal Delays

This incident has been resolved.

The Base network stall has been resolved and the network is producing blocks normally again. Paxos has resumed processing deposits and withdrawals on Base, and any transactions that were delayed during the disruption are now being worked through. Customer funds were not affected at any point.

The Base blockchain is currently experiencing a network-wide stall affecting all activity on the network. As a result, deposits and withdrawals on Base are delayed while the network is unable to confirm transactions. This is an issue with the Base network itself and is not specific to Paxos; all other blockchains are operating normally and customer funds are not affected.

Transactions on Base will resume processing automatically once the network recovers. No action is required on your part. We are monitoring the situation closely and will provide updates as it progresses.
