This incident has been resolved. The root cause was an infrastructure change implemented in September 2023, which caused the web servers to fail on startup due to conflicting configurations. The platform was unavailable between 06:26 UTC and 07:03 UTC (duration: 37 minutes).
A fix has been implemented and we are monitoring the results.
