Outage Details

We are currently investigating an incident where merchants unable to download their balance and payouts reports using the "Quick download" option. Receiving CSV exports via email is still working fine, so you can use that option as we address this issue.

The issue has been identified and we are working on a fix. We will release the fix on Monday. You can still continue to receive your CSV exports via email in the interim.
