At approximately 7:00 AM EST on February 6th, intermittent slowness was identified which resulted in timeouts and errors being returned from our services. The main components affected were: - Customer registration, subscription creation, login and password reset functionalities from Open API - Subscription and customer creation from the platform - Customer creation on Core API Situation was stabilized and we are actively monitoring the affected components.
