Cloudflare are reporting that they have deployed a fix and are monitoring.

We have isolated the issue to our Cloudflare security check. Cloudflare are having issues with that at the moment, which prevents some users from accessing our site.
We have decreased the amount of times a Cloudflare channels appears to reduce the impact.
We will keep updating here as updates come in from Cloudflare.
