We are currently investigating an issue where our iOS app (v5.27.0) crashes on launch for some users, particularly on the consent screen. This issue primarily impacts recent updates and new app installs from the App Store.
Our team has identified the cause and submitted a fix to Apple for review. We expect the updated version to be available for download within 24 hours. We apologize for the inconvenience and will share another update once the fix is live in the App Store.
