Delayed Overnight Lightning Notifications

We've identified a temporary backlog in lightning strike processing that occurred overnight, impacting notification delivery for lightning only. We are actively resolving the issue.

We've implemented a fix and are monitoring the results. You might have noticed delayed lightning notifications from overnight were delivered in a single batch this morning, even if the originating delay was outside of your alert times.This did not trigger outdoor warning systems. Current conditions and NWS severe weather alerts were not affected.If lightning is in your area, open your app or web dashboard to confirm whether you’re currently in an active lightning delay.
