Personio's document management was affected by a bug causing signature requests initiated on June 24th to incorrectly display a "cancelled" status, preventing internal signers from completing their signatures. The issue lasted approximately 2.9 hours, with the rest of the platform remaining fully operational throughout. A fix was implemented and the incident was resolved, restoring correct status display and signing functionality.

We are currently experiencing some issues with our documents management. The following features are affected:
- For signatures requested on 24th of June: the request incorrectly shows a status of "cancelled" and internal signers are not able to sign the document.
