The incident lasted approximately 47.7 hours, with the rest of the platform remaining fully operational throughout. The root cause was identified and a fix was successfully implemented, fully resolving the issue on July 2nd.

We are currently experiencing some issues with our documents management. The following features are affected:
- For signatures requested on 24th of June: the request incorrectly shows a status of "cancelled" and internal signers are not able to sign the document.

We advise to delete the document and restart the whole process.

We advise to wait while we fix it. After the fix, the status will be showing the correctly again and internal signers will be able to sign again.
