Personio's Recruiting App experienced a 22-hour disruption where inbound applicant messages were not being received, caused by a technical issue with email partner Mailjet. The rest of the Personio platform remained unaffected throughout the incident. Mailjet resolved the issue on their end, and the fix was confirmed fully working on July 14, 2026, though messages lost during the impact period were investigated separately.
