- USPS Tracking is available; however, the data displayed may be stale while backlogs are being processed.

- Inbound Shipping Services manifests, Shipping Partner event files, and scan events sent to PTR continue to be received but are experiencing processing delays as the backlog is cleared.

- Webhooks may also experience delays.

As per latest updates from USPS:

- USPS Tracking is available; however, the data displayed may be stale while backlogs are being processed.
- Inbound Shipping Services manifests and Shipping Partner event files sent to PTR are currently backlogged as processing catches up.
- Outbound Scan Event, Confirmation Error Warning, and Postage Statement Extract file processes are backlogged and in the process of catching up.
- Webhooks may experience delays during this incident.

USPS is currently experiencing an issue with their Tracking Services from approximately 4:48 AM ET on 02/05/26 that may prevent you from using the tracking services for USPS carriers.

Inbound Shipping Services manifests and Shipping Partner event files sent to PTR will continue to be received but will not be processed until this is resolved.

Outbound Scan Event, Confirmation Error Warning, and Postage Statement Extract file processes are temporarily paused and will resume once it concludes.

USPS Tracking may be unavailable during this time, and any data displayed may be delayed or stale.

Webhooks may also experience delivery delays during the incident.
