We have implemented some fallback behavior that has restored access to most features and will guard against these failures in case LaunchDarkly fails again in the future.
LaunchDarkly has also resolved their incident, which we have confirmed has restored access — note that there still may be some hiccups as LaunchDarkly recovers to full operational capacity.

Some features are currently being impacted by an upstream incident at LaunchDarkly: https://status.launchdarkly.com/
Some of our API calls to LaunchDarkly are failing to resolve, which is resulting in some broken functionality, namely Insights and Sidekick Sessions.
Our team is actively working on mitigating in lieu of a LaunchDarkly recovery.
