We’ve paused the October 2026 release rollout while we investigate an issue affecting the Financial Planning load when invoked within a Job Stream. Our teams are working on a Patch and will share another update when we can confirm the next steps and timing. Who is affected: Sandbox environments that received the October Portfolios release between Thursday, October 8 at 02:00 UTC and Tuesday, October 12 at 18:00 UTC.
What’s happening: A targeted patch will be applied to these sandboxes on Thursday, October 15, at some point between 15:00 UTC and 22:00 UTC. Each affected sandbox will be unavailable for approximately 60-90 minutes during that window.
If your environment (production or sandbox) did not receive the October release: Environments skipped during their normally scheduled deployment will be updated as part of the November release. If you need the October release sooner, please open a support case at https://support.planview.com and we will schedule the deployment with you.
