February 2026 OData

We have completed applying the temporary fix to all environments currently running the February 2026 release. All datasets on these environments are now operating in Fallback/Compatibility Mode to prevent duplicate records.

For all environments scheduled to receive the February 2026 release in the next days, the temporary fix will be applied as part of the deployment process.

We continue to work on a permanent solution and will provide updates on the timeline for the final fix.

Temporary Solution Being Deployed

We have identified the root cause of the duplicate records issue in the Portfolios OData service. We are deploying a temporary solution by configuring the OData Service in all February 2026 Environments to run in Fallback/Compatibility Mode while we complete a permanent fix.

No action is required on your part. However, please be aware:

Some scheduled refreshes and OData Job Streams may be impacted and could fail during this transition.
The Diagnostics endpoint may return inconsistent data while all datasets are running in Fallback mode.


This temporary configuration will remain in place until the permanent fix is deployed.

We will continue to monitor the service and provide updates on the permanent resolution timeline.
