Network engineers have identified the DNS issue and a fix is being implemented across the network, our broadband team are monitoring the services.

Openreach engineers are actively investigating the issue, and a resolution is being implemented as a priority.

Phone System Mobile App: You can continue to make and receive business calls using the mobile app linked to your phone system.
Call Routing to Mobile: Alternatively, we can route inbound calls to a mobile number of your choice. If you’d like to activate this option, please reply to this email confirming the mobile number you'd like us to route calls to.
