This incident has been resolved and the Engineering team has confirmed that the Customer Balance is reflected correctly

We have observed some failures in our Billing System which resulted in higher voice call charges resulting in a negative balance for some of our customers which led to call failures. We are actively working with our engineering team to get this issue resolved as soon as possible.
