Kiwibank Internet Banking Page Not Loading for Some Customers

We are aware of an issue affecting some customers making POLi Payments from Kiwibank accounts. Kiwibank's internet banking page is currently failing to load for some users, which may prevent affected customers from completing their POLi payment. We have escalated the issue to Kiwibank and are working with them to understand the cause and restore normal service as quickly as possible. At this stage, the issue appears to be impacting only some customers. We will provide further updates as soon as more information becomes available.
