Users were unable to reliably log in during this period. The upstream provider identified and applied a fix, after which authentication errors dropped to zero and the incident was fully resolved.

While we await confirmation from the upstream provider about this incident's resolution, we can confirm that dashboard authentication errors on Porter are now down to zero. We're continuing to monitor things on our end.
