We have identified the cause of the outbound sending delays as an issue at a third party hosting provider. We are awaiting more information from them about resolution timeframe.

The upstream issue has been resolved by our third party provider, and sending is back to normal.

Apologies, looks like we spoke too soon... Things are improving but we're not in the clear yet. We are still seeing delays in some queues. Working hard with the third party provider to resolve.
