Applicant Tracking, Records and Perform errors when saving

The issues that occurred with various errors when saving or attempting to access the products remain resolved following additional monitoring.

A corrective fix has been applied and users should now be able to save and create accounts, proceed with workflow tasks without errors and save various forms. Please alert our support team if you see the issues continue.

The issue that is causing errors when saving at various places in Applicant Tracking, Perform, and Employee Records has been identified and is in process of finding a resolution. Many customers will not experience any errors while navigating these sites. We are working to resolve any remaining issues or errors users are experiencing with completing normal tasks.

We are currently investigating reports of users in Applicant Tracking, Records and Perform having issues saving forms, creating accounts, workflow approvals and other various tasks. Users may experience errors while working in any of these products.
