Site Access issues related to Crowdstrike Global Outage

The engineering team has been able to resolve and restore service for all customers on all products. If any problems persist please reach out to our support team.

A fix has been applied to most customers that may still be impacted for Applicant Tracking, Perform, Employee Records, Professional Learning, Perform Enterprise. Service has been restored for the majority of users. We will monitor for any continued issues. Some users may experience a permissions error in Applicant Tracking, but opening in an incognito window or clearing cache will allow access to proceed. Work continues for Applicant Tracking Enterprise/Searchsoft. We will update again as progress is made.

Some users may continue to see login issues and the inability to access Unified Talent Products related to the global Crowdstrike issue that occurred. Our engineering team has been working to mitigate and restore service. Access and normal activity may be impacted until all issues are resolved.
