As part of our commitment to transparency and proactive communication, we want to inform you about an issue that may impact your nightly data warehouse builds. Summary Our monitoring systems have detected some ETL failures during the nightly data warehouse builds that are impacting a small group of our AWS/Snowflake-hosted of customers. These build failures result in incomplete or outdated data affecting your dashboards by not displaying the most recent data. We expect to have updated data appear by tomorrow morning once the nightly builds run tonight. Reproduction Steps Login to Unified Insights and view data within the dashboards is not reflective of the previous day’s data. This can primarily be found with absence data not showing for the previous day. Expected Results Student data should be displayed from the previous day’s SIS data within dashboards. Actual Results Impacted customer dashboards are displaying data from an earlier build and not from the last school day. Version Fixed We anticipant the remaining impacted customers will be fixed with tonight's build and should be resolved for customers Friday, February 21st, 2025. We will check impacted customers tomorrow morning and confirm with an update to this notification.

Impacted customer dashboards are displaying data from an earlier build and not from the last school day.

Version Fixed
