Ecollect Form Submission and Access Issues

Our engineering team has identified the issue impacting Ecollect form submissions. The team is currently in the process of implementing a workaround that will mitigate the issue. We will continue to provide regular updates until full service is restored.

We are investigating reports from multiple hosted customers experiencing issues with form submission and application access on the Ecollect & Enrollment Express platform. We are working diligently to mitigate the issue being reported and will continue to provide regular updates as we progress towards a resolution.
