The issue causing Error 15 messages for some customers has been resolved. Validation with the majority of impacted customers confirms that services have been restored and are operating normally across affected products and regions.

We are currently investigating reports of login issues affecting some users. Impacted users may encounter an "Error 15" message when attempting to access the application.

Our initial investigation indicates the issue may be related to Imperva, a third-party service provider involved in processing authentication requests. We are actively working with the vendor to determine the root cause and restore normal login functionality as quickly as possible.
