Performance Matters - some students encountering errors when attempting to launch assessments

The data cleanup has concluded and all affected assessments should no longer be experiencing the issue that was reported. If you encounter any lingering issues or have additional concerns, please do not hesitate to contact our support team.

Our development team has successfully released a fix for the issue in OLA. Users should notice improved access to assessments.

Please be aware that data cleanup is still in progress. Some students may still encounter errors while accessing assessments during this cleanup phase. Further updates will be provided on the status of cleaning up the data.

We are deploying a change to an update that went out last night and students taking assessments via OLA will need to restart their session.
