We are continuing to work to resolve network errors that populate when logging in to the Schoolspring site that are intermittently occurring.

The issue has been identified. Users may experience brief interruptions to access but in most cases errors will subside and login will be successful after several minutes. Our engineering teams are working to prevent all users from receiving any errors at any time. We will update when we know this is fully resolved.

We are currently investigating intermittent login errors when users access the Schoolspring site. Users may receive an extended delay in accessing the page or receive a Bad Gateway error when logging in.
