Between June 10th and June 11th, AWS failed to complete Partial and All Upfront Reserved Instance exchanges. Our platform has automatically retried these failed exchanges, and they are now completing successfully. Some customers will see a small negative savings impact due to our inability to complete the original exchanges in a timely manner. Please contact help@prosperops.com for any questions regarding specific impact to your AWS Organization.
