This incident has been resolved.
Megaport have worked to resolve the issue, which they have identified was due to a loose fibre cable within the AWS Environment.
Pulsant can confirm lines are now operational and there should be no more impact to clients, however Pulsant will continue to closely monitor the situation until business hours commence.
Pulsant are aware of an ongoing issue with Megaport affecting some of our clients within the London area.
Megaport are aware of the issue, and are actively investigating.
