Our team is currently investigating an issue with logging into CEC that is only impacting those that have recently upgraded their version of Firefox. While the team is working on identifying the issue we advise that the version of Firefox be rolled back or using a different browser the Google Chrome if possible to ensure minimal downtime. Additional information will be provided as soon as the issue is resolved.

We will continue to monitor our solution for this Firefox-specific bug, but it appears that our solution has resolved the issue, and Firefox will implement its own solution in the coming months.

The team at Firefox has identified the issue as a bug and plans to address the problem in a November release. However, to more immediately address the issue, we will release a workaround during the upcoming server maintenance periods.
