This incident has been resolved.
Our systems have recovered and All users are expected to no longer be having intermittent issues loading the application. We are continuing to monitor our systems to ensure a full resolution
We are currently investigating an issue where some users are having intermittent problems when accessing the application. There are also reports that these same users are seeing problems loading the Messenger Widget.
We will continue to make updates as the issue is identified and resolved.
