Application Performance Degradation

A fix has been implemented and we are seeing our application stability returning to normal.  We will be closely monitoring to ensure systems are fully back to normal.

An external service in our application is currently experiencing issues causing minor instability in our application. Our engineering team is working on a fix to improve stability. We will provide further updates as a fix is deployed.

We are currently investigating reports of degraded performance within the Qualified Application and the Platform. Users may see delayed load times in the application and visitors may see a small delay in our widgets loading on websites. We will provide further updates as the cause is identified.
