Application Issues and User issues

With the continued improvement AWS systems are seeing, our application appears to now be recovered. We will continue to monitor our systems to ensure a full resolution.

With the latest update from AWS our system is showing signs of recovery. Users and visitors may continue to see performance degradation or issues in the various areas of the application. However we are continuing to monitor our systems as AWS continues to recover.

We are currently impacted by the wide-scale AWS outage. Users may be having issues signing into the application, and areas of the application (widget loads, meeting offers, AI SDR, in-app analytics) are also seeing loading and performance issues.
