We are currently investigating reports of Users having problems with logging into their Qualified Users, and Reps not being able to initiate conversations with some visitors. A small group of orgs are currently impacted by this. We will provide further updates as the cause is identified and a fix is implemented.

A fix has been implemented for the issue with Users being able log in and seeing performance issues within the application. Users would now be able to log in as expected and performance will be continuing to improve. We will continue to monitor to ensure a full resolution has been achieved.
