From 3:07 PM Central Time to 3:44 PM our 1.0 survey platform (primarily used for our best places to work platform) experienced an outage.
During a software deployment we experienced an issue that caused memory pressure on 2 of our 4 web servers because we utilize round robin distribution most users were impacted.
We're looking in to why our health detection didn't remove the unhealthy nodes from our gateway.
