Maintenance - Circuit Migrations - TFF New Plymouth/Whanganui & Network Tasman UFB - 29/06-03/07

During the week of 29th June - 3rd July, we will be performing circuit migrations to new handovers, which will impact:

• TFF New Plymouth UFB connections;
• TFF Whanganui UFB connections; and
• Network Tasman UFB connections.

Works will be taking place throughout the week and within business hours, with each connection experiencing a potential interruption of up to 5-10 minutes while LFCs work to move each connection to new handovers.
After this maintenance has been completed, customers will benefit from increased connection visibility in our portal, including ONT testing & diagnostics, as well as increased fault visibility and reporting.
