Improved service levels for getTransaction, now serving valid responses
Continue monitoring until we get the fully resolved greenlight from our upstream provider.
Degraded service persists due to networking outage with an upstream provider.
A fix has been implemented and we are monitoring the results.
We are currently experiencing an upstream networking outage affecting some customer connections (503 errors). Our Dark Fiber provider has confirmed this is part of a widespread issue and has escalated to their highest support level. Our team is actively working to reroute traffic through backup connections while our provider continues their investigation.
