IDENTIFIED about 2 hours ago - at 07/31/2025 07:33PM

We are currently experiencing an issue with Polygon full nodes, where some transaction hashes are returning null unexpectedly.
We recommend retrying the affected transactions as a temporary workaround while this issue is being resolved.

Our engineering team has reached out to the Matic Foundation, who are aware of the issue and are working toward delivering a fix. At this time, there is no confirmed ETA.

We will continue to provide updates as more information becomes available. Thank you for your patience.

We have routed all methods through our Erigon nodes, which have demonstrated significantly faster synchronization times. This routing improvement ensures continued service reliability while our Bor nodes complete their synchronization process. Several Erigon nodes are now fully operational, providing stable performance for all requests.

INVESTIGATING 1 day ago - at 07/30/2025 03:39PM

We are in the process of resetting both our Erigon and Bor nodes. We were forced to resync all of our full nodes and reset our Erigon nodes. We are working as fast as we can and services will be restored as soon as possible.

INVESTIGATING 1 day ago - at 07/30/2025 11:51AM

The Polygon mainnet remains stalled at block height 74,592,238.

Important: The new Heimdall v0.2.16 upgrade has been found to cause issues with execution layer clients (Bor & Erigon).
The upgrade is now PAUSED until further notice from the Matic Foundation.

Please do not proceed with any node upgrades at this time. We will provide updates as soon as we receive guidance from the Matic Foundation.

Thank you for your patience.
