The backlog of custom alerts have been processed and alerts are now being sent in realtime. A small number of email alerts sent in the past 10 days are still being processed and will be replayed within the next 24 hours.
Beginning at noon UTC April 28th, some customers may experience delays in custom InsightIDR and InsightOps alerts. We expect the delay to resolve in the next 24 hours. During this time period, customers may also receive a duplicate alert that was already delivered over the last two weeks.
Additionally, a small number of email alerts issued over the past 10 days have been delayed and will be delivered in the next 24 hours. These alerts were still available for handling within investigations.
InsightIDR & InsightOps EU - Delayed Custom Alerts: A subset of custom alerts are delayed. Please note that during the process of replaying these delayed alerts customers may receive an alert which has already been sent to them over the last two weeks.
We are currently investigating an issue that affects the alerting functionality for a number of customers.
