SSL resolve issues

We're expecting issues with resolving SSL certificates for redirects. We have identified the root cause and are working on a fix. Update: we continue to work on a permanent solution. Update 2: Traffic has semi-stabilized. We're still working on a permanent solution. Update 3: Due to an external provider issue we are forced to migrate specific configuration files. We are currently in the process of doing so and are on the 85% mark. SSL traffic is served but at a reduced capacity. Update 4: We've successfully migrated our configuration store and are monitoring results. Higher latencies are still expected while we introduce more nodes back to the mix. Update 5: Platform has fully stabilized. We continue to work to enable more nodes again in the network. A postmortem of this incident will be provided after it's completely resolved.
