You may be experiencing All services are normalized at this time and calls are once again being routed via the PSAP's dedicated 911 lines. on VoIP service, this is a Single PSAP outage. This outage is believed to have begun at 2025-08-26 13:27 CST with an expected time to resolution of 2025-09-09 10:49 CST. A downstream routing update needed performed by an external vendor.. The issue is affecting: 9 1 1 call delivery to the Elkhart City Communications Center, IN PSAP [FCC ID 2548]. All services are normalized at this time and calls are once again being routed via the PSAP's dedicated 911 lines.. This is a Update notification. RedSky Technologies is informing you of a potential impact to 911 services in network or systems. You may be experiencing calls are being delivered to the PSAP?s 10 digit 24 by 7 emergency line on VoIP service, this is a Single PSAP outage. This outage is believed to have begun at 2025-08-26 13:27 CST with an expected time to resolution of Unknown. Currently unknown. The issue is affecting: 9 1 1 call delivery to the Elkhart City Communications Center, IN PSAP [FCC ID 2548]. We continue to actively pursue resolution on this issue, but because this outage does not have an ETTR and we are delivering calls to the appropriate PSAP via their 10 digit/i1 route, we will discontinue sending daily notifications. We will follow up to provide a final notice, once we have confirmation this outage is resolved and calls are once again routing to the PSAP via their dedicated i2 route..
