The cause of the outage was: Motorola made a configuration change on the PSAP CHE. Routing in the Prod VPC was restored and a test call was successfully made at 3:04pm Central time 1/23/26.. The issue was affecting 9 1 1 call delivery to the following PSAPs FCCID 6954, Tyler Poice Department, Smith County, Texas.
