This issue is due to an AWS outage that occurred early this morning between 3 a.m. - 4 a.m. CST. This issue is not affecting all customers. Students running the TOPS Report after taking an Accelerated Quiz may see a "Something went wrong" error message. We are working to resolve this issue and will provide an update as soon as we have more information. We apologize for the inconvenience this issue may cause.

Due to the AWS outage, multiple customers are now experiencing a blank white page when attempting to login.

Out Teams continue to work towards a resolution.

We recently identified that some students may not be able to find a book or take a quiz in Accelerated Reader. This issue is a direct outcome of the AWS outage.

We are continuing to work toward resolving this issue.
